For 25 years I have immersed myself in Yoga, Somatic Awareness, Meditation and Psychotherapy modalities all around the world. My journey into self -inquiry began while studying to become a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist integrating the balance of the body, mind, and spirit. This journey brought me to India to do my first yoga teacher training and to deepen my relationship to lineages from the Krishnamacharya traditions. I've lived in the Himalayas of Nepal with Tantric Tibetan Monks studying Buddhism and Meditation learning how to live a life with the least amount of suffering, I've sat with Swami's and Sanyasi Ascetics at the foot of the Ganga River in Rishikesh, India, meditating on death and impermanence after losing my mother to addiction. I lived in alternative communities teaching yoga inThailand, Nepal, China and India for almost a decade; I am a seeker and lover of sacred ceremony, lineage, ritual and embodied psycho-spiritual practices.
My studies include: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Shadow Work, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma - Informed Yoga, Breathwork, Dyad Work, Enlightenment Intensives, Contact Dance, Axis Syllabus, Somatic Awareness, Authentic Movement, Reiki, Vipassana Meditation, Kriya Yoga, Bihar Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Yoga Psychology lineage; Aurobindo and the Mother, Tantra Yoga Vinyasa, Jivamukti Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Mysore, Yin/Yang Yoga, Hatha Yoga and The Hidden Message Behind Asana, Vikasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Kundalini, Tantric Tibetan Buddhism, Vedanta and Yoga Philosophy, and I have worked with plant medicine.

" Rachael Fallon. Much more than an incredibly gifted and graceful asana teacher. A warrior goddess. A symbol of strength and determination. An inspiration. A mentor, a guide, a friend, a confidant. Someone who exuded nothing but love and light, sheltering us all in her warmth. An amazing soul, she knew when one needed to be pushed beyond their self-posed barriers to discover new depths, and when one needed a moment of space and silence to make connections with self. Rachael saw me sinking and helped me surface above the crashing waves just long enough to take a few deep breaths so that I could find enough strength and courage to continue my battle, always knowing that should I need the support, she would be there by my side for me to lean on. Her teachings were beautifully presented
in a manner to help one build both physical and emotional strength, thereby
deepening one's connection to self and to our one another in community."

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self"
~ The Bhagavad Gita
" Rachael’s teaching is guided by a fluidity of movement, inspired by dance, intuitive motion, and the teachings of the natural world. She guides her students to explore shapes and possibilities, while encouraging them to honour the innate wisdom in their own bodies. A class with Rachael is an experience where the gifts of music, movement and breath converge, to carry you through a unique and dynamic flow. "
