I am here to hold a safe space for you to look inside accessing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of yourself. The teachings I share are a continuum of meditative self-inquiry, interoception, body based consciousness, all weaved together through ritual, contemplation, and mindfulness. I create a container for you to explore deep visceral experiences through experiential breath-work, contemplative and intuitive movement, deep listening, release work, moving, breathing, and stillness meditation, along with embodied Vedanta and Buddhist philosophy practices seeped in Lineage. I work with trauma-sensitive principles that cultivate felt - sense awareness, personal empowerment and collaboration.
