Rachael Fallon - Yoga / Breath / Meditation Teacher, trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Reiki Healer, Women's Facilitator
" Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch another human soul be just another human soul. "
- Carl Jung
I am here to hold a safe space for you to look inside accessing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of yourself. The teachings I share are a continuum of meditative self-inquiry, interoception, body - based consciousness, all weaved together through ritual, contemplation, and mindfulness. I create a container for you to explore deep visceral experiences through experiential breath-work, contemplative and intuitive movement, deep listening, release work, moving, breathing, and stillness meditation. I'll introduce embodied Vedanta and Buddhist philosophy practices seeped in the lineages I studied while living in both India
and Nepal. I work with trauma-sensitive principles that cultivate felt - sense awareness, personal empowerment and collaboration, inspired by my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
You'll find me in the heart of my hometown, Toronto, Ontario, Canada leading weekly class's and workshop's at Yoga Space, Sweat and Tonic, AfterGlow Studio, and TribeSpace, aswell as hosting my Women's Yoga Circles and private sessions. Keep your eyes open for retreats, yoga teacher training and continuing education programming throughout the year.

" Rachael co-lead the 200 hour Teacher Training with Karma Teachers in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She created classes and modules that infused movement as medicine, the art of sequencing, alignment and safe adjustments, how to create a safe place, self-practice, yoga philosophy, psychology, meditation techniques, yoga nidra, journaling and getting in touch with the emotional body, the kleshas, the 3 gunas on and off the mat, and the depths of yoga lineage and tradition. Her 2 decades of study and practice were evident in this training, her studies in psychotherapy guided students to process wounds and trauma, to explore shadow work in a creative and safe way. Rachael is a very compassionate teacher and leader. She came at a time when I was having personal difficulties and needed more time to take care of my Mom who was battling cancer at that time. She went above and beyond and lead the class in my many absences and also became my personal support.
Rachael brings expertise and knows how to uplift students by instilling ancient wisdom that she has learned from the masters. She shares her heart and knowledge generously.
I am honoured to work beside her and she is a valuable asset to anyone she works with. In my opinion, Rachael is a master teacher that lives her dharma. She is also a very real and human teacher that shares how she worked with her own shadow, and is not afraid to continually change for the benefit of her students. "
